Sculpin QA is seeking Game Support Associates.

Responsibilities:

- First-contact support for players of mobile game applications via electronic mediums (email, forum, live chat).

- Administration of player accounts both in-game and on client social networks.

- Rendering application and technical support on mobile gaming platforms.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Experience with computers and internet applications.

- Familiarity with mobile communications devices (Apple, Windows, and Android).

- Familiarity with game applications on a variety of platforms.

- Minimum typing speed of 35-40 wpm.

- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is considered an asset.

Responsibilities Include:

- Discovering, reproducing, and logging software bugs.

- Completing checklists; preparing reports.

- Utilizing various tools, programs, and websites to aid in testing.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

- Excellent  communication skills (written and spoken).

- Experience with multiple mobile and console gaming platforms.

- Self-disciplined, motivated, and ready to learn.

- Keen Eye for Detail and a tireless attitude.

- Knowledge or experience with testing, programming, or the design of video games is an asset.
